Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced events professional to manage end-to-end planning and execution of high-touch experiential events, conferences, and corporate engagements.

You will coordinate logistics, production, and on-site delivery, acting as the primary client contact to ensure delivery to expectations. The role requires strong project management, vendor liaison, and a track record of managing multiple projects with high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in event management or project management.
• Experience with corporate, government, MICE or large-scale events is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of high touch experiential events, conferences, and corporate engagements.
• Coordinate event logistics, operations, production, and onsite delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered to expectations.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and action plans to ensure successful execution.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners to support event requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Build and maintain lasting client and stakeholder relationships.
• Support event conceptualisation and creative solutions to deliver impactful experiences.
• Conduct post-event reviews and reporting.
