Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Communications or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong coordination and organisational capabilities to manage multiple workstreams and milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, change management or technology adoption; MS Office proficiency; experience in social/public/community sector is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive execution and coordination of digital transformation projects aligned with objectives, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, and oversee deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
• Produce decks, updates, briefing papers and reports to communicate progress to senior management.
• Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda development and action-item tracking.
• Collaborate with communications and programme teams on stakeholder outreach and change management.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops and industry events to promote awareness.
• Consolidate feedback, assess challenges and recommend improvements for adoption.
• Monitor governance activities, maintain progress reports and escalate risks.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, partners and sector organisations for improvement.
