Job summary

RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Software and Applications Manager to lead enterprise technology transformation across digital banking, data and AI, finance, regulatory reporting and risk functions.

You will provide technical and programme leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, including solution design, delivery, migration, testing, deployment and governance. This role requires strong stakeholder management and budgeting skills, with oversight of regional

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline, or equivalent senior technology leadership experience.
Extensive experience leading enterprise technology transformation and application delivery.
Strong background in digital banking or financial services technology.
Experience managing large-scale programmes with multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with Data & AI platforms, analytics and enterprise tech.
End-to-end solution design, implementation, migration, testing and deployment.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage budgets and vendors.
Strong governance, risk and change management understanding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programmes.
Oversee design, development, integration and implementation of technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
Lead end-to-end implementation activities: planning, design, migration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solutions and delivery priorities.
Establish programme governance, RAID management, executive reporting and steering processes.
Manage technology vendors, partners, budgets and delivery resources.
Lead proofs-of-concept, technology evaluations, RFQs and RFPs.
Oversee application performance, quality, risk and delivery standards.
Drive adoption of enterprise data and analytics platforms and technology solutions.
Manage resource and capacity planning across local and regional teams.
Identify opportunities for technology optimisation, efficiency and cost savings.
Ensure security, governance and risk considerations are incorporated into delivery.
