Extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation and application delivery.
Strong digital banking/financial services domain knowledge.
Experience leading large-scale programs and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in data and AI platforms and analytics.
Skilled in solution design, migration, testing, and deployment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology transformation and application programs.
Oversee design, development, integration, and implementation of technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, and Finance.
Manage planning, migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Establish governance, RAID, and executive reporting.
Manage vendors, budgets, and delivery resources.
Drive adoption of data and analytics platforms.
Coordinate regional teams on capacity planning.
