UNISONEDGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Software and Applications Manager to steer enterprise technology transformation and application implementations across digital banking, data, AI, finance, and risk domains.

You will lead end-to-end programs, define delivery priorities with senior stakeholders, and ensure governance, security, and compliance throughout the lifecycle. Join a high-impact, multi-region team driving modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related discipline.
Extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation and application delivery.
Strong experience in digital banking, financial services, or banking technology.
Experience managing large-scale technology programs and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of data & AI platforms and analytics.
Experience across solution design, implementation, migration, testing, and deployment.
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning.
Strong governance, risk, and change management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programs.
Oversee design, development, integration, and implementation of technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
Lead end-to-end implementation activities: planning, solution design, migration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Work with senior stakeholders to define solutions and delivery priorities.
Establish program governance, RAID management, executive reporting, and steering committee processes.
Manage technology vendors, budgets, and delivery resources.
Lead proofs-of-concepts, technology evaluations, RFQs, and RFPs.
Oversee application performance, quality, risk, and delivery standards.
Drive adoption of enterprise data and analytics platforms and technology solutions.
Manage resource and capacity planning across local and regional teams.
Identify opportunities for technology optimization, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
Ensure governance, security, risk, and compliance considerations are incorporated into delivery.
