in Singapore seeks an experienced Software and Applications Manager to lead enterprise technology transformation and end-to-end application delivery across digital banking, data & AI, finance, regulatory reporting and risk functions. You will provide programme leadership across design, migration, testing and deployment, working with senior stakeholders to prioritise delivery and ensure governance, security and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or equivalent senior tech leadership experience.
• Extensive enterprise tech transformation and delivery experience.
• Strong background in digital banking or financial services.
• Experience leading large-scale programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Data & AI platforms and analytics.
• Hands-on in solution design, migration, testing and deployment.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Budgeting, forecasting, vendor management experience.
• Strong governance, risk and change management understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation and application programmes.
• Oversee design, development, integration and implementation of solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance and Risk.
• Manage end-to-end implementation activities: planning, migration, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solutions and priorities.
• Establish governance, RAID, executive reporting and steering committees.
• Oversee vendors, budgets and delivery resources.
• Lead proofs-of-concepts, technology evaluations, RFQs and RFPs.
• Ensure security, risk and governance considerations in delivery.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Plan resource and capacity across local and regional teams.
• Identify opportunities for optimisation and cost savings.
