Job summary

Riskdata Consulting is seeking an experienced Software and Applications Manager to lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation initiatives across digital banking, data and AI, finance, regulatory reporting and risk functions.

The role will provide technical and programme leadership across the full implementation lifecycle, including solution design, delivery, migration, testing, deployment, governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent senior technology management experience.
Extensive experience leading large enterprise technology transformation programmes.
Strong background in digital banking, financial services or banking tech.
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and complex delivery.
Experience with data & analytics platforms and enterprise technology governance.
Ability to design, implement and govern solutions across end-to-end delivery.
Solid stakeholder management with senior business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise technology transformation and application implementation programmes.
Oversee design, development, integration and deployment of technology solutions.
Provide technical leadership across Data, AI, Digital Banking, Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting.
Manage end-to-end implementation activities including planning, design, migration, testing and deployment.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define priorities and delivery milestones.
Establish governance, RAID, executive reporting and steering processes.
Manage vendors, budgets and delivery resources.
Lead proofs-of-concept, evaluations, RFQs and RFPs.
Monitor application performance, quality, risk and delivery standards.
Drive adoption of data and analytics platforms across the organization.
Coordinate resource planning across local and regional teams.
Identify opportunities for technology optimisation and cost savings.
