Job summary

NETLINK TRUST OPERATIONS COMPANY PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Associate Engineer to support enterprise and digital solutions used by internal and external customers in Singapore.

The role covers maintenance and analytics across applications like Helix, SharePoint, Qlik, and ERP interfaces, with collaboration across finance, operations, and IT. You will configure, test, and monitor systems, develop dashboards, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Engineering with OSS/telecom experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow applications is advantageous.
• Experience in Linux environments and application server setup is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, resourceful and a strong team player.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Able to work with stakeholders across all levels.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and change request support for enterprise and digital applications and integrations.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Qlik, Power BI).
• Collaborate with finance, operations and IT to ensure seamless system implementation.
• Perform ITGCs for enterprise and digital applications and liaise with vendors for upgrades.
• Lead or support projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
