Job summary

NetLink Trust is seeking an Associate Engineer to support enterprise and digital solutions used by internal and external customers. You will configure, test, and implement applications, monitor performance, and manage system integrations across ERP/S2C and OSS/BSS interfaces.

You will design data models and dashboards with BI tools like Qlik/Power BI, ensure data quality and security, and translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent with telecom OSS experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Knowledge of SQL, Python and workflow applications is advantageous.
Experience in Linux environments and application server setup is advantageous.
Strong written and spoken English; good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing production and change request support for enterprise and digital applications (e.g. Helix, Service Web Portal, B2B, Order Service & Management, SharePoint, Qlik).
Analyse and document business processes to configure and optimise applications.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
Configure, test, and implement enterprise and digital applications and updates.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage system integrations.
