Job summary

CSIT is seeking talented Software Engineers to join a product team focused on building digital products for organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity. You will design and deliver scalable enterprise applications that manage data end-to-end and explore AI-enabled solutions to unlock insights and boost productivity.

Our teams build cloud-native web apps, integrate with enterprise systems, and follow an agile process with emphasis on user-centric products and robust observability,

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern web application development using Spring Boot, React, Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Search Engine (Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Observability tooling (OpenTelemetry).
• Experience in integrating LLM and AI capabilities is a plus.
• Technical expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, data pipelines, ETL, and data synchronization across networks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools throughout the SDLC and hands-on development.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.
• Deliver high-quality, and maintainable code.
• Write and maintain technical documentation (e.g. ADRs and RFCs).
• Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure observability through logging, metrics and monitoring.
• Contribute to iterative sprint cycles via peer code reviews and user engagement.
• Share best practices, publish internal tech blogs and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines to move, transform, and sync data across networks.

In this role, you will design and deliver robust, scalable enterprise applications that manage corporate data end-to-end from ingestion through to serving that data to internal business consumers and applications. This role also includes the opportunity to deliver enterprise applications that leverage AI to harness corporate data, unlocking insights, new efficiencies and boosting productivity across the organization.

Our product teams build cloud-native web applications that integrate with enterprise systems of record and other business applications. Our teams adopt an agile delivery approach, with a strong focus on building user-centric digital products that address real business needs.

• Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools throughout the SDLC and hands-on development.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.

• Actively contribute to iterative sprint cycles by participating in peer code reviews, engaging with users, and proactively resolving issues.

• Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines to securely and efficiently move, transform, and sync data across disparate networks.

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern web application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL), and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Search Engine (e.g. Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Observability tooling and frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).
• Experience in integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
• Technical expertise in the following areas is a plus: microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data synchronization mechanisms across networks.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving teams.

Candidates with at least three years of experience in software engineering may be considered for senior positions.
