Qualifications

• Experience in B2B solution selling and consultative sales.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including C-suite and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite, L&D and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and design learning solutions.
• Conduct needs analyses and translate challenges into actionable objectives.
• Design and present tailored learning proposals aligned with client goals.
• Advise on upskilling strategies, AI transformation and government-supported opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
