Mindgraph is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise web and mobile applications in a dynamic client-facing environment.

You will guide end-to-end delivery, oversee integrations, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design scalable, secure solutions using low-code platforms.

Formación

• 7+ years in software engineering, architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
• Hands-on with OutSystems or other low-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.

Responsibilities :

• Lead thesolution architecture and technical designof enterprise web, mobile, and digital applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design and oversee integrations usingREST APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
• Lead development and implementation usingOutSystems / low-code platformsand other modern application technologies.
• Manage cross-functional technology teams, developers, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical governance, QA, release management, and production stability.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective technology solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, solution discussions, and architecture presentations.
• Supportpre-sales activities, including POCs, solution proposals, technical estimations, and effort assessments.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for application optimisation and modernisation.
• Mentor technical teams and promote strong engineering and Agile delivery practices.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of experiencein software engineering, solution architecture, technical delivery, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience designing and deliveringenterprise-scale applications.
• Strong experience insolution architecture and end-to-end software delivery.
• Hands-on experience withOutSystems or other enterprise low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding ofREST APIs, system integration, databases, and application architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional development and delivery teams.
