Job summary

Mindgraph PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned software architect to lead solution architecture for enterprise web, mobile, and digital applications in Singapore.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions and drive end-to-end delivery from architecture through deployment and production support. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee REST API integrations, low-code platforms (OutSystems), cross-functional teams, and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and end-to-end software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems or other enterprise low-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, system integration, databases, and application architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional development and delivery teams.
• Strong experience in client and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.
• Experience with release management, production governance, and application stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture and technical design of enterprise web, mobile, and digital applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs and enterprise integration technologies.
• Lead development and implementation using OutSystems / low-code platforms and other modern application technologies.
• Manage cross-functional technology teams, developers, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical governance, QA, release management, and production stability.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective technology solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, solution discussions, and architecture presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities, including POCs, solution proposals, technical estimations, and effort assessments.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for application optimisation and modernisation.
• Mentor technical teams and promote strong engineering and Agile delivery practices.
