Job summary

SmartOSC Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Singapore market. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and drive sales of SmartOSC’s digital transformation, eCommerce, AI, cloud, and technology consulting services.

You will hunt for new business, nurture CXO relationships, collaborate with delivery teams, and craft tailored solutions that win enterprise

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in Singapore, at least 3 years of experience in IT service area.
• Proven track record of securing large-scale enterprise deals.
• Exceptional strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and grow C-level relationships (CXO/Executives).
• Demonstrates strong intrinsic motivation to proactively hunt for new business, high level of ownership in building pipeline, persistence in dealing with rejection.
• Experience working with global delivery teams or offshore / onshore models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for new business opportunities and building a robust pipeline.
• Brand advocate by attending industry events and networking to prospect new clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to engage clients and showcase services.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, legal, and finance to ensure a smooth sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Monitor sales metrics and client feedback to refine approach and hit targets.
