Job summary

ERM is seeking a Senior Environmental Consultant to join our Singapore team. You will lead diverse projects across the full lifecycle, delivering EIAs/PCS and related management plans while coordinating with local authorities and client stakeholders.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with ERM’s global practitioners to ensure high-quality technical delivery and growth opportunities for the business. A strong English skillset and leadership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in environmental consultancy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Knowledge of Singapore EIA/PCS process; international ESIA is a plus.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle, including EIAs and PCS.
• Coordinate with local authorities for approvals.
• Serve as Project Manager for medium to large projects, including team direction and safety oversight.
• Prepare reports, conduct data collection and literature reviews, and provide client-focused recommendations.
• Collaborate with global practitioners and support business development.
