Job summary

Eastspring Investments is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst in Singapore to support the development and execution of the enterprise risk management framework across a global asset management business. The role covers risk appetite monitoring, emerging risks, ESG risk management and policy governance.

Reporting to the ERM Specialist, you will engage stakeholders, coordinate with risk owners, and contribute to risk reporting and governance across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of second-line risk management and/or compliance experience.
• Experience developing and monitoring enterprise, transformation and ESG risk frameworks.
• Familiarity with sustainability issues, international ESG standards and asset management industry best practices
• Understanding of project management frameworks and practical project management experience

Responsibilities

• Support risk appetite implementation and tolerance monitoring across Eastspring units.
• Recommend KRIs to monitor risk exposure against appetite and tolerance limits.
• Assist standardised risk reporting across the enterprise.
• Engage business stakeholders to promote risk-informed decision-making and clear risk communication.
• Support the Emerging Risk Management Framework and coordinate input into the risk register.
• Liaise with Group teams on ESG risk-related matters and maintain ESG guidance.

We are hiring an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst for Eastspring Investments in Singapore. Reporting to the ERM Specialist, you will support the development and execution of the enterprise risk management framework for a global asset management business. The role covers risk appetite monitoring, emerging risks, ESG risk management and policy governance.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Appetite and Reporting

• Support the implementation of the Group’s risk appetite and tolerance limits across Eastspring business units
• Recommend Key Risk Indicators to monitor risk exposure against risk appetite and tolerance limits
• Support standardised risk reporting across the enterprise

Risk Culture and Emerging Risks

• Engage business stakeholders to promote risk-informed decision-making and clear risk communication
• Support initiatives to improve risk awareness and assess risk management and risk culture maturity across markets
• Support the implementation of the Group’s Emerging Risk Management Framework
• Coordinate stakeholder input into the emerging risk register and report emerging risks to relevant forums and risk owners

ESG Risk Management

• Maintain Eastspring’s ESG Risk Management Guidance
• Manage the ESG risk and control library for Risk and Control Self-Assessments
• Support ESG training and provide ESG risk guidance to the Risk, Compliance and Legal function
• Liaise with Group teams on ESG risk-related matters

Policy Governance

• Provide enterprise-wide guidance on policy matters
• Support the implementation of the Group Governance Framework and Eastspring Policy Governance Standards
• Maintain the central repository of Eastspring policies and standards

Requirements

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in second-line risk management and/or compliance
• Exposure to developing and monitoring enterprise, transformation and ESG risk and governance frameworks
• Familiarity with sustainability issues, international ESG standards and asset management industry best practices
• Understanding of project management frameworks and practical project management experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with effective prioritisation and multitasking skills
• Proactive and collaborative, with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-wide risk reporting and risk culture initiatives
• Familiarity with emerging risk management, ESG risk assessments and policy governance processes
