Job summary

CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced risk management professional to support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, conduct risk assessments with multiple business units, and track mitigation actions.

The role requires 2–5 years in risk, compliance or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, internal controls, audit or a related function.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; proactive and independent.
• Experience in ERM, compliance, internal controls or audit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ERM framework implementation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct and coordinate risk assessments with business units and projects.
• Track risk mitigation actions and ensure timely closure with stakeholders.
• Review and strengthen internal controls, policies and processes.
• Support compliance monitoring to meet policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits, including documentation, coordination and follow-up.
• Prepare risk, compliance, and management reports with timely docs.
• Maintain records of risk assessments, compliance activities, audit findings and lessons learned.
• Support other risk, governance initiatives as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Support other risk, compliance and governance initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, governance, internal controls, audit or a related function.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in ERM, compliance, internal controls or audit will be an advantage.
