Job summary

ALLEGIS GROUP SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to support the ERM Director in developing and executing the framework for a global asset management business. The role focuses on risk appetite design, monitoring KPIs, and embedding risk culture across the organization.

Responsibilities include driving risk culture workshops, supporting major transformation projects, and maintaining policy governance and risk libraries, with collaboration across Group

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of enterprise risk management experience with exposure to operational risk.
• Experience running risk appetite and culture workshops and risk culture programs.
• Exposure to transformation projects and ESG risk is an advantage.
• Knowledge of asset management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Risk Appetite and Tolerance Limits aligned with business strategy.
• Formulate recommendations for Key Risk Indicators for monitoring and standardized reporting.
• Build and implement Emerging Risk Management Framework and maintain emerging risk register.
• Drive risk culture initiatives in collaboration with Comms and HR, including workshops and activities.
• Implement second-line responsibilities for Group Transformation Standards and conduct related training.
• Support major transformation projects by challenging risks and ensuring robust risk oversight.
• Maintain Risk Management Guidance and manage risk libraries.
• Provide risk advice and liaise with Group teams on risk-related matters.
• Oversee policy governance and maintain centralized repository of policies and standards.
• Support BAU risk programs, including RCSA processes and incident management.

This role supports the ERM Director in developing and executing the enterprise risk management framework for a global asset management business, ensuring alignment withbusiness strategy. The Enterprise Risk Management Specialist will design risk appetite frameworks, manage emerging and transformational risks, and enhance risk culture across the organization.

• Support BAU risk programs,including RCSA processes and incident management.

Minimumqualifications

• 3–8 years of experience inenterprise risk management (ERM), with exposure to operational risk framework. Exposure to transformation and ESG risk will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of risk culture programs and ability to run workshops for risk appetite and culture activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise and/or operational risk issues, standards, and asset management best practices.
• Experience intransformation/business projects, preferably with operations or assetmanagement background.
• Excellent interpersonal,communication, and prioritization skills.
• Graduate/post-graduate degree in arelated field.
