Job summary

PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, invites an experienced risk management professional to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. You will help strengthen resilience by identifying, assessing and guiding enterprise risks across PUB, collaborating with engineering, operations and corporate units to drive informed decision making.

You should have an engineering background with hands-on experience in infrastructure or utilities, strong analytical, communication and governance skills,

Qualifications

• Has at least five years of relevant engineering or operational experience in infrastructure, utilities or related sectors.
• Preferably possesses an Engineering degree.
• Demonstrates curiosity and ability to learn across diverse engineering and operational domains.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex issues to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess enterprise risks across PUB.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop mitigating measures.
• Review enterprise risk registers and governance forums.
• Engage Senior Management through ERM discussions.
