PUB Public Utilities Board – Singapore is seeking an Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer in the Catchment and Waterways Department, Drainage Operations Division. You will drive emergency response frameworks and contingency planning, coordinate crisis response, and work with external agencies on flood simulations and drills.

The role focuses on leveraging sensors and AI tools to enhance data collection, scenario planning, and post-incident reviews to strengthen public safety and resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Independent, result-oriented and self-driven team player.
• Strong systemic thinking, communication, digitalisation, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and review of emergency response frameworks and contingency plans.
• Manage execution of response plans during crisis and national emergency.
• Coordinate monsoon preparation activities ahead of Northeast Monsoon.
• Collaborate with external agencies to plan flood simulations and drills.
• Drive development and implementation of sensors and AI tools for data collection and analysis.
