Job summary

PUB, The National Water Agency, seeks an Enterprise Risk Management professional to strengthen organisational resilience by overseeing PUB's ERM framework and coordinating with operational and corporate teams.

You will analyze complex engineering and operational risks, translate findings into strategic insights for senior management, and engage across multiple disciplines to support risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Has at least five years of relevant engineering or operational experience.
• Preferably possess an engineering degree with exposure to infrastructure/utilities.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to audiences with varying technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management across PUB and maintain the Enterprise Risks Register.
• Translate technical issues into strategic insights for senior management to support decision making.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to assess risk and determine mitigations across functions.
