Job summary

NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company, is seeking a Software Engineer (Java & OutSystems Preferred) to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise-grade applications for government environments. You will collaborate with client teams and delivery colleagues throughout the software lifecycle in an on-site setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of Java development experience, plus knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/IT.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• 1–4 years of experience or fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with OutSystems and Java enterprise technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain application modules using Java and enterprise technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, and defect resolution activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment-related materials.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Engage in requirements gathering, design reviews, and agile practices.
• Work in a fully on-site environment with client teams and evolve with AI-enabled development practices.
