Job summary

NCS Group in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to meaningful application development and maintenance on government‑level systems at a client site. You will be embedded with the client team in a fully on‑site role, collaborating with stakeholders and a diverse project group.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in CS/CE/IT or equivalent.
1–4 years in application software development using Java technologies or fresh graduate.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Ability to integrate low‑code solutions with enterprise systems.
Familiarity with REST APIs and SQL would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based application modules.
Integrate Outsystems low‑code solutions with enterprise systems.
Translate requirements into technical designs and specifications.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders.
Support testing activities including system integration and UAT.
Stay current with new technologies and up-skill as needed.
