Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong Java and AWS experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web-based applications in Singapore. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern frameworks.

You will work across the stack with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful services, and UI tech, collaborating with users, project teams and vendors to deliver robust applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, implementation and QA.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java Enterprise Edition / Java technologies.
• Proficiency in Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate and/or JPA.
• Experience with Angular/AngularJS, jQuery or equivalent UI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, Web Services, AJAX and XML.
• Experience with JBoss/WildFly and Apache/IIS or equivalent web servers.
• Good experience with MS SQL, DB2 and/or Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience with Linux/Red Hat Linux, Unix and Windows environments.
• Experience with Eclipse/JDeveloper and application testing tools.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage project/vendor activities.
• Preferred: Experience in COBOL, CICS and DB2.
