Job summary

Skyf.IT (Sky & F Pte. Ltd.) is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our IT services business by identifying new enterprise clients and System Integrators, and by managing a robust pipeline of opportunities.

You will prospect, cold-call, and engage partners to generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and tailor quotations with the delivery team to close deals and drive growth. This role offers base salary plus incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, IT, or related discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in IT services, IT outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, or SI/tech sales is advantageous.
• Existing contacts with enterprise customers or System Integrators are advantageous.
• Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and initiating contact with new customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills applied to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT manpower outsourcing and EUC services.
• Prospect and engage enterprise customers, System Integrators, and technology partners to generate leads.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings to understand IT manpower, support, and project requirements.
• Develop sales opportunities for IT manpower outsourcing, desktop and onsite technical support, EUC services, technology refresh, device deployment, and IT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and drive them to closure; maintain an active sales pipeline.
