Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a senior delivery leader to own the full delivery lifecycle of its enterprise and government service contracts. You will be accountable for ensuring contractual commitments are met, customers are happy, and accounts keep growing by aligning delivery with business outcomes.

You will lead multiple account delivery teams, act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, and shape portfolio performance financially.

Qualifications

• Background in a systems integrator environment delivering and managing complex services.
• Experience managing government or enterprise clients in infrastructure, network, Wi-Fi or server services.
• 8–10 years in enterprise IT environments, or 15 years in senior delivery roles across multiple technical domains.
• Hands-on strength in at least two technical areas, such as network, systems, database, storage, hosting, cloud, workplace services or telco services.
• Proven service delivery and project management skills.
• Experience managing project P&L and portfolio financials.
• Confident engagement with executive stakeholders, including during high-pressure incidents.
• Strong presentation, coaching and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service and technical delivery teams to meet and exceed SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and maximize value for customers.
• Manage third-party partners and vendors.
• Sponsor digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Build relationships with CxOs, VPs and IT Heads.
• Collaborate with Sales to spot opportunities and win new business within the portfolio.
• Manage P&L for the service portfolio and forecast financials.
• Lead budgeting, planning, manpower and resourcing.
• Set portfolio strategy and KPIs; conduct regular reviews.
• Champion priorities: Customer First, Quality First, People First, Digital First, Security First.
• Support corporate programs and promote cross-team collaboration.
