Job summary

SPTEL PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Administrator to manage corporate IT systems, end-user support, and identity/access controls. You will work across on-premises and cloud environments, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure secure, reliable IT services.

The role emphasizes Windows server and endpoint administration, AD/Entra ID, MDM, patching, and incident response with strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field; hands-on experience may substitute diploma.
• 3+ years in Corporate IT administration, infrastructure support, network admin, endpoint management or security operations.
• Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, cloud, or security are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer corporate IT systems: user accounts, endpoints, Windows platforms, productivity tools, printers, collaboration services, and internal support workflows.
• Provide responsive end-user support, resolve tickets, onboard/offboard employees, and maintain asset/access records.
• Manage identity and access controls: provisioning, reviews, password policies, MFA, least-privilege access.
