Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Administrator to ensure daily operations by delivering end-user support and managing cloud, server, and network infrastructure in Singapore. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT support, Cloud/Systems Administration, Network Engineering, and Security Operations Center monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in cloud administration (M365/Azure), network and computer troubleshooting, and automation scripting (PowerShell/Python).
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools (SPLUNK/Crowdstrike) and endpoint management (INTUNE).
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, Security EC Council CEH or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor network health, manage switches, and wireless infrastructure; troubleshoot connectivity and optimize bandwidth

• Scope and execute projects such as endpoint management (INTUNE) rollouts, network upgrades, and disaster recovery testing; document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Job Overview:
