Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an IT Enterprise Technical Manager to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise IT systems in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role requires extensive Endur expertise and hands-on development, with strong collaboration across trading, risk, operations and IT functions.

The successful candidate will guide architecture, ensure security and data integrity, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT enterprise experience with major ETRM/CTRM platforms, including 8 years hands-on Endur development.
• Strong Endur scripting and development expertise, including OpenJVS/JVS.
• Software-engineering across analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and production support.
• Experience in major ETRM implementation, upgrade or migration programmes.
• Knowledge of commodity trading and ETRM lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Enterprise Technical Manager should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with major ETRM/CTRM platforms, including at least 8 years of predominantly hands-on Endur technical development experience.
• Strong Endur scripting and development expertise, including OpenJVS/JVS, with the ability to independently design, build, debug, test, and deploy production-grade solutions.
• Demonstrated software-engineering experience across technical analysis, solution design, coding, testing, review, deployment, monitoring, documentation, and production support.
• Experience in major ETRM implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation Programme is required.
• Working knowledge of commodity trading and the ETRM lifecycle, with the ability to clarify requirements and translate approved business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong structured problem-solving and engineering judgement for resolving complex technical issues.
• Exposure to ASPECT or other ETRM/CTRM platform is advantageous. The ability and willingness to learn Aspect and adopt relevant emerging technologies are essential.
• Experience with automation, data engineering, cloud services, AI/ML, and collaboration across trading, risk, operations, finance, technology, and external vendors is advantageous.
