Ambition Singapore is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships across regional clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or related roles, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in HRIS or enterprise HR platforms. This is a client-facing role with SLA governance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Success, service delivery, account management, HRIS, or AMS environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, and change requests with SLA adherence.
• Prioritise issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular service reviews and provide operational insights to customers.
• Identify process improvements and upsell opportunities.
• Handle escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
