Job summary

ST Engineering Advanced Networks & Sensors seeks a senior CMS architect/technical leader to design, integrate, and deploy mission-critical contact centre platforms. You will drive end-to-end solution architecture, oversee integrations with CRM, telephony, analytics, and databases, and guide large-scale CMS deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in contact centre, enterprise communications, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud/Genesys Engage and related omni-channel technologies.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, platform upgrades, cloud migration, and large-scale transformation projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIP/VoIP, CTI, IVR, APIs, SDK development, databases, virtualization, and enterprise application integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and governance of CMS/contact centre platforms.
• Define integrations with CRM, telephony, recording, analytics, and databases.
• Drive platform deployment, upgrades, migrations, and modernization across on-premise and cloud.
• Serve as technical lead for solution design, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Provide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for complex systems.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Support tender bids, technical proposals, project planning, and vendor management.
