Job summary

Infosys Singapore & Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to fill the role of Technology Lead / Enterprise Architect. You will lead technology discussions, drive architecture governance, and shape transformation programs within the CMT industry.

The ideal candidate has deep telecom and digital technology expertise, mastery of enterprise and integration architectures, cloud-native solutions, security, and OSS/BSS ecosystems, and will partner with clients and global delivery teams

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in technology leadership or enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading architecture governance for transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and architecture discussions for transformation programs in Telecom, Media, and Technology.
• Define enterprise, application, and integration architectures and technology roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews, sequence diagrams, and align solutions with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape transformation strategies and future-state architectures.
• Engage client architects, CTO teams, and delivery groups to ensure value delivery.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technology Lead / Enterprise Architect with a proven track record of leading technology discussions and architecture governance for transformation programs within the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in telecom and digital technology landscapes, enterprise architecture, integration platforms, cloud-native solutions, security, OSS/BSS ecosystems. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, lead architecture discussions, and drive technology strategy across complex transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Architecture

• Lead technology and architecture discussions for strategic transformation programs within Telecom, Media, and Technology organizations.
• Define enterprise architecture, application architecture, integration architecture, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with customers, conduct architecture and design reviews, create and review sequence diagrams, and provide guidance on solution customization and system integration
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define transformation strategies and future-state architectures

Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement

• Build strong relationships with client architects, CTO organizations, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor for technology strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with global delivery teams in a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.
• Support proposal development, solution shaping, and technology consulting engagements.

Business Alignment & Value Creation

• Understand client business objectives and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Recommend innovative approaches that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives, modernization programs, and digital innovation efforts.
