Job summary

NCS is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Microsoft solutions in Singapore. You will lead the design, integration, and governance of Microsoft technologies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, guiding security, compliance, and endpoint management strategies.

The role requires deep expertise in M365, Purview, Sentinel, SharePoint Online, and 365 security/compliance, with strong stakeholder engagement and ability to drive cloud modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to lead multi-cloud and on-premises integration.
• Strong DevSecOps and automation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Provide architecture guidance for Microsoft security, compliance, collaboration, and endpoint management platforms.
• Lead solution workshops with stakeholders, business units, and engineering teams.
• Create high-level and low-level architecture designs, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to integrate Microsoft technologies across enterprise platforms.
• Ensure solutions align with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Create architecture documentation, technical standards, and implementation guidelines.
• Support cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and escalation support to engineering and operations teams.
• Experience in architect and manage Microsoft solutions including: Microsoft M365 suite, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, SharePoint Online security and governance, Microsoft 365 security and compliance.

Job Description

The Microsoft Solution Architect is responsible to lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise Microsoft technologies within a enterprise hyperscaler platforms and on-premises environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Microsoft security, compliance, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms, with a strong ability to architect secure hybrid-cloud solutions spanning Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and on-premises environment ecosystems.

This role will be responsible for solution architecture, security modernization, governance frameworks, and integration strategies across complex enterprise cloud platforms.

Responsibilities | CORE

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Provide architecture and technical guidance for Microsoft security, compliance, collaboration, and endpoint management platforms.
