About the role:

The Security Solution Architect is responsible for leading the development of information security solutions architecture and ensuring technology initiatives are implemented within the framework to make our clients cloud environments more secure. The Security Architect will be accountable for securing enterprise information by identifying cloud and Infrastructure security requirements, planning, implementing, and testing security controls and procedures. This role is customer-facing and plays an active role in transforming our clients security through designing and implementing security technologies on-premises and in the cloud.

You will need to have a proven experience in presales, solution design and delivery of Security transformation projects in your region.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Understand Security trends and strategies for identifying Security solutions to meet client business, financial and technical objectives
• Develop strong and positive relationships with client executives, effectively sell follow on Security Advisory engagements
• Engage with client leadership in strategic discussions to provide outstanding Cyber/Security IT Strategy and industry guidance to improve clients long-term business objectives
• Support business development/sales activities by working closely with regional account and sales teams to ensure proposition and solution alignment.
• Handle deal pursuits, provide technical competency to build and defend winnable propositions for our clients
• Meet with clients and lead workshops with Accenture and Microsoft

• Deliver Security transformation projects for clients in the Southeast Asia Region
• Manage and drive the partnership with Quest / One Identity working to support the sales team to build pipeline and drive strategic/large deals

About You

Our ideal candidate will have leadership track record in developing and growing long term, high value client relationships. You are adept at communications, especially with influencing and negotiation capabilities that help you establish and grow solutions with key clients. Internally, you enjoy advising leadership teams in the development, production, and promotion of security solution offerings to grow a technology services line of business.

• Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex cybersecurity solutions (Microsoft stack preferred)
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex cybersecurity solutions (Identity Products like SailPoint or One Identity)
• Strong exposure in planning and executing strategic and tactical security transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction
• Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects
• Experience in positioning offering and cross-offering offerings within the regional sales channel
• Developing strong, effective relationships with vendors (i.e. Microsoft) at the offering level
• Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including significant experience with offshore teams and delivery
• Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft security technologies and strategy
• Any certifications - CISSP, AZ-500, MS-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400

Preferred Years of Work Experience:

·You likely have about 15+ years of increasingly diverse and/or complex experience in Solutioning and Delivering Security transformation
