Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a visionary Solution Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of reusable assets powering scalable platforms across verticals. You will bridge pre-sales strategy, technical delivery, and asset evolution, ensuring solutions are robust, extensible, and enterprise-aligned.

Responsibilities include governance, architectural sign-offs, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture within a systems integrator or enterprise tech environment.
• Strong understanding of scalable platform design and reusable asset development.
• Familiarity with microservices, cloud-native, API-first paradigms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with client-facing leadership experience.
• Associate Director level experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve solution architectures for proposals, ensuring asset strategy alignment.
• Oversee delivery of technical systems across projects and sign off on deployments.
• Design and maintain architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and scalability models.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and clients to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Establish standards, governance, and mentoring on architectural best practices.

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and technically astute Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reusable solution assets that power scalable platforms across verticals. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales strategy, technical delivery, and long-term asset evolution — ensuring our solutions are robust, extensible, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Sign-Off
  • Review and approve solution architectures for project proposals, ensuring alignment with asset strategy and scalability goals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to shape technical narratives and validate feasibility.
• Delivery Oversight
  • Oversee the implementation of technical systems during project delivery.
  • Sign off on deployed solutions to ensure they meet architectural, performance, and security standards.
• Asset Architecture Ownership
  • Design and maintain the technical architecture of reusable solution assets.
  • Define architectural blueprints, integration patterns, and scalability models for vertical expansion.
  • Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure consistent implementation across use cases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Act as a technical authority during client engagements, balancing innovation with delivery pragmatism.
• Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish architectural standards, documentation practices, and review mechanisms.
  • Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and asset reusability.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure mutual understanding and proposed solution.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential technical risks, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure solution viability.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize your deep technical knowledge to guide the solution development process, ensuring robust and scalable architecture and design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution architecture within a systems integrator or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong understanding of scalable platform design and reusable asset development.
• Familiarity with modern architectural paradigms (e.g., microservices, cloud-native, API-first) — specific stack to be defined by CTO.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in both client-facing and internal leadership roles.
• Prior experience at Associate Director level or equivalent is preferred.
