Job summary

CSA Group, headquartered globally, is hiring for an enterprise application support role in Singapore. You will perform full-range systems analysis, troubleshooting, and user support for enterprise software including SAP, Microsoft, and ecommerce applications under the guidance of the Total User Experience Lead.

Responsibilities include incident verification, problem resolution, training users, and ensuring IT process compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support for enterprise software or IT systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot user issues and document resolutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical/specialist application support contact for enterprise software.
• Analyze and resolve moderate to complex application problems.
• Escalate issues to Global Program Delivery when required.
• Provide client user group support and one-on-one training on functionality.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-train to back up other enterprise applications.
