Job summary

CSA Group is seeking a student (fixed term) for a full-time role in Singapore. The position focuses on systems analysis, troubleshooting, and user support for enterprise software, including SAP, Microsoft, and ecommerce applications.

You will design solutions within CSA processes, provide training as needed, and help improve ongoing IT services. Under the supervision of the Total User Experience Lead, you will work to resolve moderately complex issues, document problems, and support regional IT

Qualifications

• Experience applying knowledge of SAP/Microsoft applications to enterprise solutions.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot moderately complex enterprise software issues.
• Familiarity with CSA business processes and application functionality.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of systems analysis, technical troubleshooting and client user support for enterprise software.
• Provide problem analysis, system design, technical support and preventative maintenance.
• Deliver some training and user support to resolve moderately complex problems.
• Apply CSA processes to design solutions and implement changes to systems.
• Escalate issues when required and support continuous process improvements.
