Job summary

ESR Group is recruiting an Enterprise Application Architect in Singapore to design and govern cross-platform application architecture with a focus on data integration and interoperability. You will work across ESR's real estate, investment management, and corporate domains to ensure coherent architecture and technical soundness.

You will partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable integration designs, while maintaining standards and governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, integration architecture, or technical architecture roles.
• Demonstrated ability to design and govern data integration solutions across ERP, CRM, data platforms, and cloud.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT, and data flows.
• Experience producing integration architecture documentation (blueprints, interface specs, dependency maps).
• Ability to assess technology risks, solution fit, and long-term interoperability across complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern data integration patterns, APIs, and middleware across ESR's technology landscape.
• Lead cross-system design impact analysis for new or evolving platforms.
• Define integration standards and data flow patterns for interoperability.
• Produce integration blueprints, interface specs, and dependency models.
• Ensure data quality and traceability across integrated systems.
