Qualifications

• Proven experience in application support, production support, or IT operations roles.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications across multiple technology platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and system issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and operational metrics to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to diagnose issues and support application enhancements.
• Execute application remediation activities, including defect fixes, configuration updates, and performance improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing enhancements to support processes and operational procedures.
• Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and support knowledge to improve team effectiveness and service delivery.
• Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
