Job summary

Dgtl Technologies is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to partner with department heads, identify AI opportunities, and design scalable AI solutions using Claude Enterprise, Google Gemini, and MCP-based workflows. You will coach developers, build reusable AI assets, and drive adoption while ensuring governance and security alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role focused on AI/ML tooling or enterprise enablement
• Hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise and/or Anthropic API
• Knowledge of Google Gemini for Workspace and guiding end users in business tasks
• Ability to design reusable AI skills, prompts, and templates for business functions
• Experience engaging with non-technical stakeholders and translating requirements into AI solutions
• Experience guiding engineers on Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating AI into internal tooling
• Experience leading training sessions on AI tools for mixed audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication for user guides and handovers

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow pain points and design AI-enabled solutions across departments
• Build a library of reusable AI skills, prompts, and instructions
• Plan and deliver AI training sessions and onboarding materials; track adoption
• Coach developers on AI-assisted development practices and Claude Code usage
• Design and maintain AI agents and workflows integrating internal systems via APIs
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security policies and governance
• Own the AI enablement program roadmap and report adoption metrics
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and run proof-of-concept pilots
