Job summary

DGTL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an AI enablement professional to partner with department heads and engineers to scale AI adoption across finance, compliance, operations and support.

You will design reusable AI skills, coach developers on Claude Code and Gemini, and embed with teams to boost productivity while upholding security and governance.

Strong communication and hands-on experience with Claude Enterprise and Google Gemini are essential; English is required, Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role with focus on AI/ML tooling or enterprise enablement.
• Hands-on with Claude Enterprise and Anthropic API.
• Knowledge of Google Gemini for Workspace and guiding end users.
• Design reusable AI skills, prompts, and templates for business functions.
• Able to engage non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements.
• Work with software engineers; guidance on Claude Code and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in at least one programming language.
• Familiar with REST APIs and internal tool integrations.
• Experience delivering training/workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Department Heads to identify workflow pain points and design AI solutions.
• Build library of reusable AI skills, prompt templates, and custom instructions.
• Plan, deliver, and iterate on AI training sessions and onboarding materials; track adoption.
• Embed with engineering teams to coach developers on Claude Code and MCP workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows via REST APIs and MCP servers.
• Ensure AI solutions align with security, governance, and compliance policies.
