Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Singapore to work directly with enterprise teams, learning their workflows, designing AI solutions, and building agents that go into production.

You will partner with customers to solve operational problems, deliver production-grade integrations, run workshops, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to accelerate AI deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering with production systems.
• Platform integration experience with APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Team-first mindset in a small, fast-moving team.
• Experience with AI agents or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify operational problems worth solving.
• Turn complex problems into technical designs and implement them.
• Deliver the platform on the customer's side and advise on best practices.
• Build AI agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.
• Run workshops with client teams.
• Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
• Manage deployments with reliability and performance as your responsibility.
• Test against real data and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams and share tools/docs.
