Job summary

OneByZero in Singapore is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Agentic AI) to build production agentic systems inside regulated enterprises on client infrastructure with client data. You are embedded in a client squad, design, build, evaluate, and own production agentic systems end to end.

You stay until the system works and the client understands it, leaving behind scalable foundations for the next engineer.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python with production-grade code discipline.
• Experience with agent frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent.
• AWS experience and relevant certifications or on-track certifications.
• DevSecOps fluency: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security hygiene.
• Strong academic foundation in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
• Curiosity and ownership: self-driven learning and problem solving.
• Client-facing communication: explain complex work to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade agentic systems on AWS and OBZ's Neo platform, including multi-agent orchestration and integration with enterprise systems.
• Write evaluations before features; define success and test against it in regulated environments.
• Integrate within enterprise realities: legacy APIs, data access constraints, and compliance requirements.
• Review and own production code: clean, tested, and well-documented; iterate on architecture as needed.
• Practice DevSecOps from day one: CI/CD, IaC, secrets management, IAM, observability.
• Contribute reusable IP: modules, evaluation frameworks, deployment runbooks, design patterns.
• Stay informed on AWS releases and frontier AI research; bring insights to client engagements.
• Engage with client technical teams and represent work credibly in design reviews.
