Job summary

Stripe’s Money Management team is building a new presence in ASEAN with a focus in Singapore. You will be among Stripe’s first Money Management Account Executives in the region, defining how we sell a full suite including Payouts, Issuing, Treasury, Capital and FX to enterprise customers.

This IC role involves developing pipeline across multiple markets, establishing executive relationships, and shaping the go-to-market playbook as you grow with Stripe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in technology or fintech
• Experience selling payments/fintech to large enterprise or platform customers
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and lead bespoke negotiations
• Experience managing a multi-country territory with regulatory considerations
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions
• Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore with regional travel across ASEAN
• Growth mindset with experience in fast-moving startups
• Fluent Mandarin speaker

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Money Management products across enterprise accounts in ASEAN
• Build and execute a territory plan across multiple ASEAN markets to develop pipeline
• Lead executive-level commercial conversations with CEOs/CFOs/CTOs and product leaders
• Navigate multi-product deals with cross-functional teams (Solutions Architecture, Legal, Compliance)
• Develop deep knowledge of the ASEAN competitive landscape to win in contested deals
• Synthesize customer and market feedback to inform product/marketing/GT M teams
