Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an Enrollment Sales & Marketing Executive in Singapore. The role involves promoting coding programmes to parents, conducting centre tours, and converting leads into enrolments.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to sustain a lead pipeline and coordinate with teachers on student progress. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in a related field and at least 1 year of consumer-facing sales experience, preferably in education or similar

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales, business development or consultative customer-facing experience.
• Experience in education, children’s enrichment, property, financial advisory or another consumer-facing sales environment would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers, follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageous.
• Able to work Wednesday to Sunday, 11am to 8pm.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell coding programmes to prospective parents.
• Conduct centre tours, consultations and programme presentations.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert suitable leads into enrolments.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer and marketing team to support campaigns and maintain a consistent lead pipeline.
• Coordinate with the teaching team on student assessments and follow up with parents on enrolment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely lead, parent and enrolment information in the CRM system.
• Support improvements to the overall customer and enrolment journey.
• Develop programme offers and packages based on parent feedback, enrolment trends and market conditions.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide relevant market feedback to management.
• Track sales activities, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual enrolment targets.

• Working hours: Wednesday to Sunday (11am - 8pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Commission Bonus + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits + Career Progression
