Nanyang International School (NIS) is seeking a dynamic Lead for student recruitment to drive enrollment growth across diverse markets in Asia and beyond. The role focuses on developing strategies, engaging new markets, and building strong relationships with parents, students, and education partners.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in student recruitment in private education, plus 2+ years of sales experience in Asia, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in student recruitment within a private education institution.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia; exposure to markets beyond Asia is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Identify new markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and outreach.
• Build relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions.
• Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate course counseling and guide enrollment through the process.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Monitor recruitment pipeline and prepare regular performance and enrollment reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
