ICHILD COMPANY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a highly driven Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead enrolment growth across all centres, delivering innovative online and offline campaigns that meet KPI targets.

You will design and lead campaigns, manage Google Ads and social media, plan events, and work with Principals to align marketing with centre goals.

The role offers a competitive salary of 3,200 to 4,000 SGD plus incentives and opportunities to impact children's education.

Qualifications

Experience in both online and offline marketing with enrolment targets.
Proven track record in driving enrolment or sales targets.
Strong creativity and execution with urgency to deliver results.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva).

Responsibilities

Design and lead high-impact sales and marketing campaigns to meet enrolment targets.
Generate leads and maximize conversion through data-driven strategies.
Manage full-funnel digital marketing including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing.
Plan offline initiatives like open houses and events.
Monitor campaign performance and enrolment data to drive improvements.
Collaborate with Principals and Cluster Managers on enrolment goals.
