Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Centre Manager to lead daily operations of an ed-tech start-up center from 9am to 6pm, with Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun workdays and Wed-Thu off. Location: Beauty World / Lentor.

You will drive customer acquisition, onboard parents, and work with teaching staff to ensure smooth delivery of coding programs to students locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like events and activities to engage the community
• Maintain customer relationships and advocate for parents, managing interactions
• Plan lead generation events with partners and ensure class payments are collected
• Coordinate with teaching staff to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Handle general administrative duties and data entry, including onboarding emails
• Ensure customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM
• Serve as the relationship manager for the community and track student progress with parents

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents
• Share the vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Relationship manager for our community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents
