Job summary

ELEGANCE INTERNATIONAL CULTURE EDUCATION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Curriculum and English Teaching Lead to develop and optimize the English curriculum and lesson plans, and to lead the teaching team.

You will train teachers, observe classes, monitor teaching quality, and participate in course research and development to sustain high educational outcomes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in English or education, at least 5 years of English teaching experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, education, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of English teaching experience, with CEQ and Singapore government school English curricula exposure.
• Proven experience in curriculum development.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the school's English curriculum and lesson plan systems to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Lead the teaching team by conducting teacher training sessions, observing classes, and evaluating teaching performance to improve overall teaching quality.
• Monitor and enhance teaching quality through systematic observation and feedback mechanisms.
• Participate in research and development of new courses and upgrade existing teaching products to maintain high educational standards.
• Control and ensure the quality of teaching research to support curriculum innovation and effectiveness.
