Qualifications

• Degree in English, Education or a relevant discipline with strong academic and teaching background.
• Around 7+ years of English teaching experience, ideally in an international, secondary or academically structured school.
• Strong experience teaching international/multilingual learners with strategies for improving English proficiency.
• Exposure to curriculum development, assessment, teacher mentoring or academic leadership; IELTS or similar knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to develop both students and fellow educators.
